Do they make it slimmer by scraping out flesh or fat?? Then won’t scar tissue or something form later? My nose is currently rather thick, and my nostrils are big too, and the nasal alae are big too.. But if I also get alar reduction, I think it will look too artificial, so I’m not going to get alar reduction, but I think it would also look funny to make only the thick part of the nose slimmer. And do open rhinoplasty scars disappear cleanly?? Around when DId your scars disappear cleanly?
