I went for a consultation because I wanted rhinoplasty, and I think the consultant and the other staff were kind.. They recommended doing functional rhinoplasty + cosmetic rhinoplasty together.. The before-and-after photos look good, so I want to do it, but I am worried I might regret it if I do it for no reason, or that it might look obvious, so I am still thinking about it..
