I had more of the consultation with the consultant than with the director. The director came in briefly, quickly told me point by point what my nose was like and what needed to be done, then left. I liked that they gave blunt, factual comments well. The representative director cost more. The consultant was very kind, which was nice, and I liked that they have an anesthesiology specialist.
