They said this price only applies if I book now, and it’s non-refundable. So I thought about it a lot by myself and then said I would just not book for now and leave. Only then did she say they would refund me except for 10% of the surgery fee (14,000 won), and told me to make a reservation. That part was a bit not great, but the consultation was good, so I made a reservation for now. The consultation itself was good, but I don’t know if the director is skilled, so I’m still thinking about it...
