I made an appointment on a weekday and went, but I think I waited about 30 minutes. It was my first surgery, and I ended up going while looking into a semi-out line. The director was very kind. And seemed honest? My eyes are originally uneven, and he honestly told me that even after surgery they would still be uneven.. I don’t know if that is honesty/humility, or if he just can’t do it, but at other hospitals, they said they would try to match the uneven eyes as much as possible. So I’m not really sure. And the consultant somehow did not seem very good at explaining things. It was not the style where she first explains this and that; it felt like she only answered when I asked. It’s a bit ambiguous
