Hello, I recently had chin reduction and nose surgery. My nose bridge was already decent, so they didn’t do anything to the bridge. My nose tip was an arrow nose that sagged down a lot, so they cut the septum underneath, lifted ear cartilage, and attached it to the tip. And it looks like they fixed the tip by raising it a bit with holding tape so it wouldn’t sag down.............. When they apply the holding tape, do they normally place it a bit higher so it won’t droop? If you’ve had it done, please leave me a comment Otherwise, from the side I’m an obvious upturned nose where the nostrils are completely visible......
