Swelling that lasts a long time

A month and a week ago, I had surgery to tie the nasal tip cartilage and put 5 mm silicone in the nasal bridge~ Even now, the end of the glabella area is still round and swollen, I can visibly see swelling on the dorsum of my nose too, and the nasal tip is roundㅡㅠ The round nasal tip makes me the saddest~ It has already been a month and a week, but I have no confidence, so whenever I go outside I always wear a hat. It feels frustrating~ and I also keep doubting whether this really will go down more~ I’d like to hear stories from people whose swelling lasts a long time like mine. Ah! And right after surgery, when you look in the mirror, you can see what it looks like without swelling~ Is that look the same as how it looks later once it settles?
