Blood pooling after rhinoplasty

On June 30, I had surgery for a hump nose, silicone implant for the nasal bridge, and septal cartilage for the nasal tip. The area between my eyebrows was very swollen, so I thought it was just swelling. Yesterday, July 7, after getting the stitches removed and the splint taken off, suddenly it hurt so much. I told the nurse, and she said that it can normally be like that, so I just left. Maybe about 5 minutes passed? Suddenly the pain really reached its peak, so I went back to the hospital. I had a nosebleed, blood was running down the back of my throat so I was spitting blood, I got an IV and painkillers, and even had trouble breathing. I seriously thought I was going to die like this. I’m already very scared of things and even getting injections scares meㅠㅠ sigh They said blood had pooled, so I was put under sedation anesthesia and had surgery again. My home is far away, so I was hospitalized for a day. I was so scared that I couldn’t sleep a wink all night. At night, maybe the painkiller wore off, because it started hurting again like during the day, but when I told the nurse, she seemed annoyed, like “Ah… seriously.” I’m going next week to have the splint removed.. From posts here, they say once blood pools, it’s easy for it to pool again.. They say if inflammation develops, even the silicone has to be removed.. I don’t mind removing it, but I heard there can even be collapse? I’m seriously scared to death right now.. I’m going to the U.S. in a month, and I’m so worried I may not even be able to go.. What should I doㅠㅠ Is there any way to prevent inflammation as much as possible? Ah, I’ll never do anything like this againㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅁㄷ류ㅠㅠ
