The reason I decided to have paranasal augmentation was~~~ actually since last year, but I finally had paranasal augmentation last month. The reason I decided to get it was because my older cousin is a 33-year-old old maid(^^), and last year she had paranasal augmentation and forehead surgery, and she completely turned into a face from her early 20s. So I was going to get my forehead done too, but the director said my forehead already has volume, so he didn't recommend it and told me not to do it. During the consultation, the director stopped me, saying my face would look more awkward after surgery. They say other people have paranasal augmentation done through the mouth, but I had paranasal augmentation done through inside the nose. And I used custom implants (silicone). So I don't really feel a foreign-body sensation or awkwardness. For a week after surgery, there was swelling and I looked awkward in the mirror, but once the swelling went down, I liked it. My face looks cuter and seems to have a more delicate, well-proportioned feel~~ Even friends I see often keep saying something about me keeps getting prettier and ask if I got a boyfriend. Does it look to you all like there isn't much difference? Now I think I understand why people talk so much about paranasal augmentation, and I think I might contribute to the paranasal augmentation trend too. What should I get done if I want to have a face with a Mishil (Go Hyun-jung) kind of vibe?
