Nose revision I can see a blood vessel

Hello. I was dissatisfied with my nose because it was crooked and low, so I decided to have rhinoplasty, and I had the surgery in June of this year. The doctor said he would shave down the protruding columella to correct the crooked nose as much as possible, and make it look natural yet defined using silicone and ear cartilage. But in the operating room, after seeing a piercing in my ear, he performed the surgery using septal cartilage without even asking me, and informed me afterward. According to them, septal cartilage is more expensive and better, so that itself isn't really the problem, but the nasal bridge... the area where the forehead transitions to the nasal bridge looks disconnected and not smooth. The dorsum and areas like that are fine, but the nasal bridge looks slightly like two parallel lines. Also, before surgery my nose length was fine, but after surgery, maybe because it got higher, it looks too long, and the nasal tip feels too droopy. I'm unhappy with all sorts of things, but what was truly shocking was that something like a blood vessel is visible horizontally across the nasal bridge. At first I didn't know, but about a month after surgery? Once the swelling started to go down, when I smiled or cried, a bluish blood vessel spread horizontally across the nasal bridge... I could see it. According to them, some people are like this from time to time, and since it's a blood vessel, it can even look more natural.. But my nasal bridge already looks obvious and disconnected, and on top of that, every time I smile, a bluish blood vessel is visible horizontally. Who would think that looks natural? Isn't that right.. When I went to the clinic about 3 months after surgery, they said something like they would do revision surgery if the blood vessel kept showing, but when I went back now, they said removing all the silicone and doing revision surgery just because of one blood vessel would be like burning down a thatched house to catch a fleaㅡㅡ They said they would insert something like a needle and slightly widen that area.. and that it should get a bit better, but I am really stressed.. Because I kept talking about it, they scolded me, saying why do I keep finding fault with something that's not even a big dealㅡㅡ I was seriously dumbfounded.. In this kind of situation, what measures should I demand from the clinic? Please help me!
