Can nostrils get bigger after nose surgery? My nose was originally just normal, with a slightly raised nasal bridge... I had surgery in early July: 2 mm silicone and nasal tip with septal cartilage. But my nostrils look so big? The nose shape itself is pretty. It came out nicely as a semi-ski-slope nose, but why do my nostrils look so big? Every time I take photos, I keep noticing it. I don’t have wide nasal alae. I’m wondering if I should have surgery to reduce only the nostrils.
