Considering I had it done today, my eyes are not very swollen. But can partial incision also be done with dissolvable sutures? When I asked when the stitches would be removed, the nurse said there are about one or two stitches on the two lines, and those will be removed in two days, while the rest are dissolvable sutures. So I told my friend, and my friend kept saying isn’t that buried-suture double eyelid surgery, that buried-suture surgery uses dissolvable sutures. When I looked at photos of people who had buried-suture double eyelid surgery, the swelling and things like that looked similar to mine So I asked the clinic again, and they said it was partial incision. During surgery, when I could feel everything, they flipped my eyelid and did ptosis correction, and I felt something being stitched with thread and then pulled, and I felt them stitch the double eyelid line a few times... But when I looked closely in the mirror, there were about three stitches with transparent thread, and then there was something knotted with black thread. Is this buried-suture surgery? I really hate buried-suture surgery
