Eye Surgery Reviews@eye-review

I had incision + epicanthoplasty today

My eyes are throbbing ㅠㅠㅠ At first, when I went in for the consultation, I think I was told it would be a partial incision, but when I went today they said it would be a full incision... sigh... I had just been happy thinking it was a partial incision, so the swelling would be a bit less! And when I found out it was a full incision, I could only think of my mom’s eyes, which went wrong after a full incision! I’m meeting my elementary school friends on the 16th, and all I can think is that I’m ruined! My boyfriend is leaving the country tomorrow, and all I can think is that I won’t be able to see him off!!! Ah, but the anesthesia injection really hurt... I read a lot of reviews (this was my first surgeryㅠㅠ), and half said it hurt, half said it didn’t, so I told myself it would be fine, but ah... even having something slide in was hard, and once I could feel the medicine being injected, it hurt so much I almost cried;ㅁ; The right side, which they did first, was at least bearable because I didn’t know what was happening, but when they did the left side later, my body knew it would hurt, so I got way too tense and all my strength went into it.. Thanks to that, my left eye is now badly bruised;ㅁ; What’s amazing is that the moment they removed the anesthesia injection, there was really no feeling at all? I could tell something was being pulled, but it didn’t hurt. They started the surgery like that, with that scratch-scratch sound, and I could really hear the scissors and feel that they were cutting my eye, and even feel the blood flowing... sigh... My right eye epicanthoplasty feels a little subtle, so I’m worried, but even if it turns out a bit odd, I don’t think I could ever dream of revision surgeryㅠㅠ So the surgery ended in just under an hour. An episode during surgery: the left eye wasn’t fully numb, and I was in so much pain that I got another anesthesia shot(!), and the nurse assisting on the side seemed to be an apprentice and got scolded often by the doctor? Also, I had said during consultation that I wanted an inline, but when the doctor was drawing the line on my eyes today, I asked just in case and saw he was drawing an out-line? When I told him, he said he would leave a little of the Mongolian fold and make it meet as much as possible toward the inside, so that got resolved. I don’t like out-line double eyelidsㅠㅠ But right now the front of my right eye seems a little shorter than the left. It’s probably because of the stitches, swelling, and bruising, right?? If that’s not the reason, I’d really have to get revision surgery, but I don’t even want to think about thatㅠㅠㅠ They said they’ll remove the stitches in a week. I thought they’d come out sooner, but since that’s not the case, I’ll probably have to postpone the 16th appointment. I did it through a connection with one of the people who works there, and they told me to do cold compresses diligently all week. So today I changed the ice three or four times. It still throbs a little, but it’s much better, so I’m going to sleep a little later haha Ah, I had epicanthoplasty + incision and paid 120, but thanks to the person I mentioned above, they discounted it a lot and I got it for 90! Hahaha, they told me not to tell anyone, but I’m not revealing the hospital name or the director’s name, so I’m writing it down
