I had a consultation and the staff were kind. The manager was kind too. They examined me with a CT scan and told me that my nose was a little crooked, then the doctor explained how the surgery would be done. Since I don't have a lot of septal cartilage, they said they would extend it with mesh and cover the top with ear cartilage. I have a slight aversion to the mesh, so I’m still considering it. From the way he spoke, he seemed very proud of his ability to shape the tip of the nose, so that part did make me trust him.
