I bought a skin scrubber and had been taking care of myself at home, then after a consultation I got treatment because of acne scars. I originally visited a general dermatology clinic first, but they told me to go to a scar-focused plastic surgery clinic, so after going around to a few places I ended up getting laser treatment too. If I had been even a little later, laser treatment might have been difficult as well. They spoke honestly in the consultation without exaggerating, so I trusted them and went ahead with the procedure. If you’re struggling with scars like I was, please go get at least a consultation.
