It's already been a month since surgery! Before surgery, my side cheekbones were sticking out a lot, so my face looked wide, and because my midface was long, the overall shape looked elongated. On top of that, my mouth was slightly protruding too… just a weird cucumber(?) feeling It was really stressful. Now, even though there is still a little swelling, the cheekbones have settled in more softly, and my face looks much smaller with much better proportions. Especially, this is what surprised me!! At the hospital in the 1-week check, I had X-ray and CT done and checked with the surgeon… it was truly a completely different face ㄷㄷㄷ The profile looks much more natural too, and when I smile, my mouth looks less protrusive, so I’m very satisfied. The pain is almost gone, and there is really no discomfort in daily life at all! Friends and family saying my face looks softer made me gain real confidence. I’m expecting it to look even more natural over time.:)
