2 days after surgery..

Originally I was going to have surgery on December 4, but the director said let’s just do it earlier, so I had it done a day before.. I went because he was a teacher my dad knows, and I was told he would take good care of me. But honestly, trusting someone you know is one thing, but it’s also a little nerve-racking... it was just the kind of setup where they said to just trust everything.. Anyway, the surgery ended sooner than I expected.. 20 minutes? 30 minutes? The hump was severe, so they shaved the bone.. and inserted silicone. I think it was an L-shaped one? instead of cartilage. But I’m a bit swollen now, does the swelling keep getting worse? I’m much more swollen than on the first day, and the director said sleeping sitting up would reduce swelling a bit, so I slept sitting up.... really, there’s no other Avatar like me... seen from the side, the nose tip doesn’t look very alive, and they said I’ll probably need filler later... Ah, but I’ve read a lot of people’s posts here;; People in the info forum talk a lot about revision surgery & removal surgery, so I’m a bit anxious...... And right now the nose tip is so stiff I can’t do the pig nose thing, but these days after nose surgery, can’t you do a pig nose again? Is this because of the swelling? Also, when do most people get the stitches removed? They said mine would come out after about 6 days, but could it be removed earlier? I have to go to work on the 10th, ah... I really hope it won’t be noticeable, but the swelling won’t go down by then, right........ They told me to walk a lot, so I’ve been moving around, but what should I do to make the swelling go down faster
