I thought it would be better to have it done by a director well known for rhinoplasty, so I went around getting consultations with different directors and had surgery a month ago. I worried a lot because of possible silicone side effects, but the director said I already had enough nasal bridge height, so it seemed fully possible without an implant. I had my nasal tip done with septal cartilage, filled the step-off with cartilage, corrected the columella and nasolabial angle, and also corrected my bulbous nose! I originally had a protruding mouth, but as my nose became higher and my columella and nasolabial angle were corrected, my impression looks softer, there is no step-off, and I like that I don't have to worry about side effects. My overall vibe changed a lot just from my nose.
