I had wanted nose surgery so badly since 3 years ago, but I had seen so many reviews about side effects or factory-style, cookie-cutter nose shapes that didn’t suit the person, so I had almost given up on nose surgery when I found a plastic surgery clinic. It was run by a single director, and after seeing reviews saying that each patient received a thorough consultation, I made a reservation through a clinic booking app and visited. The detailed consultation with the consultant and the director made me trust them, so I paid the deposit that same day and scheduled my surgery date. First, for my nose, I considered autologous costal cartilage, but because of the scar and since it was my first surgery, I chose donated costal cartilage! They explained the differences, pros and cons of autologous costal cartilage and donated costal cartilage well, and also explained the 4-layer fixation method, so it was easy to understand. The price was also really reasonable, haha, and I liked that there were no extra charges! They also didn’t recommend any other surgeries! What I really liked was that the director put up photos of the nose shape I wanted in the operating room while performing the surgery. I’m very satisfied that the surgery was tailored to the patient’s desired needs rather than being factory-style and cookie-cutter. Before surgery, I was concerned about my nasal tip drooping and dorsal hump, and after having surgery with the director, the two things I was most worried about were resolved! It was my first nose surgery, but the surgery ended quickly, and the cotton placed inside my nose after surgery wasn’t stuffy either. Now it has been 6 months, and the director has carefully checked my progress until now, so I had no worries. They say the nose is the center of the face, right? After surgery, seeing my nose look higher and slimmer, many friends around me also got nose surgery I strongly recommend it to those considering nose surgery.
