Take rhinoplasty very seriously

This place mostly seems to handle things like general medicine and dental work, along with noses and eyes. The doctor who does noses and eyes is, according to people, someone they consider pretty good-looking in their own way. If anyone here is thinking of getting a nose job from this doctor, I strongly advise against it. After getting my nose done here, I keep hearing people ask whether I had my eyes cut wider. Also, they put silicone all the way up to the glabella, so I have now gone to several hospitals and gotten the same answer every time: the silicone between the eyebrows is moving left and right, and the nose is bent. I thought silicone in the glabella was supposed to move in the first place, lol. But what really makes me angry starts now. My nose is a bulbous nose. I wanted lengthening and a smaller alar base there. Of course, I also dreamed of a more refined tip.. As soon as I entered the consultation room, I told the doctor that when I sometimes see people whose surgery went badly, there are cases where the boundary between the silicone between the eyebrows and the forehead looks very obvious, so I asked him not to do it that way.. The doctor only kept talking from his own point of view rather than listening to me: 'Don't worry, the surgery will really go well^^' So my worry and anxiety just kept building, and on the day of surgery, I showed him the photos again and spoke to him, but once again he talked only from his own perspective. I really regret not saying I would think about it a little more then. After the surgery... right after it ended, I was so curious about my face. The moment I woke up from anesthesia and ran to the mirror while forcing myself to endure the dizziness, I thought, ah... this is not right.. Tears just kept flowing. So I had things I wanted to ask the doctor, but... he wasn't visible anywhere.^^ The nurses just said the surgery was over, so put on your clothes and come back in a week to remove the stitches................ ㅡㅡHonestly, I was at a loss.. It was my first surgery too. After it was done, I was left alone with this empty feeling.. When I asked whether I could just see the doctor once, I was told he was in surgery now and couldn't see me, and to come back another time... In the end I cried my eyes out~~ The director comforted me, so I went home.. A week later, the swelling had gone down completely.. I guess I recover quickly. It went down really fast.. It looked like my nose was bent.. As you can see if you look carefully, the side with the stitch seems bent.. Anyway.. yesterday.. the 21st.. was exactly the 3-month mark, and I had been struggling emotionally all this time.. The hospital kept saying it wasn't bent, just swollen, so don't worry, and that they could only say anything once the swelling went down.. They kept saying that for three months. During those three months after my nose surgery, there was absolutely no follow-up care or anything like that for how my nose was doing. In fact, I had to call them myself to make an appointment.. I even spoke with the director on the phone..ㅡㅡ.. Even so, I put up with it because they told me to come back at 3 months.. I endured it and endured it, went there, and was about to say everything I wanted to say, but once again they said it was swelling. And they said the nose isn't bent, it's my swelling. They said the shakiness at the glabella hasn't settled in place yet either. And they said I should notice that my nose changed a lot too, asking how I could not feel it myself, and that there was nothing more to say, that a person's face can't change that drastically, that even if I had revision surgery, the length wouldn't change any further, that they said they would reduce the alar width but didn't do it because they were worried the nose would collapse, that they tightened something inside so even though they didn't make an alar incision, it still got 1 mm smaller, that I couldn't see that? Since there was nothing more to say, go talk to the director, that's what the doctor said as he left.. How can the surgery be done completely differently from what he said to me before the operation? And the worst part is the sense of betrayal from trusting the doctor so much.. Isn't this just seeing the patient as money? What he said and did before surgery were completely different.. In the end I talked not to a doctor, but to the consultation director again..ㅡㅡ.... I said I hadn't seen the before-surgery photos, and she was a little surprised and asked if I hadn't seen them. She said the after-surgery photos were only taken today because I had been crying and couldn't take them before.. Luckily I went with my boyfriend, so I think I was able to say at least some of what I couldn't say before. I don't think I can have revision surgery here anymore. It's not about the money, but the doctor's changed attitude as well, and with the aftercare and the nose clearly looking bent and the glabellar silicone moving, how can I have revision surgery at a place that says that looks normal? Don't you think so? So I asked for a refund. The price had been 3.5 million won, cut down to 3.2 million, and then the day before surgery it was set at 3.1 million. Regardless of the money, I will get a refund. I can't do it here They said they would review my before and after surgery photos and then decide. From the side there was a natural curve.. But after the surgery now... the tip has not changed at all and only the bridge has become ridiculously high..........If you raise the bridge, you should bring the tip out too ...it's just a straight line............................And the tip is still extremely hard, and according to the doctor, four pieces of cartilage were inserted to add length. At the other hospitals, the answer was always the same: 'You should have had a septal procedure, but they inserted cartilage so it looks even more bulbous. Keep massaging and pulling it often... For now, that's the only method.' The doctor later said it was cartilage and silicone, and then later said he had done a septal procedure, but at the four hospitals they all said the septal method had not been used. For reference, after surgery they didn't even put cotton in my nostrils~ They only took cartilage from one ear..ㅡㅡ Did the doctor lie?
