Hump nose revision(photo removed)

I wanted them to remove the hump, take out the silicone, and lower the bridge to match that, but they left the hump as it was and filled it with ear cartilage, making my nasal bridge even higher.. So I really don’t like it and I’m planning to get revision surgery. The side profile is too high too, but from the front it looks weird, like a garlic shape.. But if I need osteotomy again, I don’t know if osteotomy after osteotomy is possible.. I’m going crazy.. It does look different depending on the angle.. but people say it’s high.. It’s not the nose I wanted.. Since it was revision surgery, I wanted it to be subtle.. It doesn’t look obviously done, but because it’s high, people ask about it and I hate that so much.. And doesn’t it look slightly upturned?? I asked them to make sure my nostrils wouldn’t show... It’s almost been a month.. Do I need to get revision surgery quickly?? The clinic said they won’t do it before one month.;; I also heard that if I do it later, they would have to remove all the septal cartilage and use another cartilage again, so I’m scared..ㅡㅡ I’m curious whether revision is possible without removing the cartilage..
