It’s my third time.. This is my first time uploading photos..

At first.. I only had the nasal tip done with septal cartilage.. but I became a total Pinocchio, so I did it with silicone, but it was still upturned. I had my third surgery in early January I should have looked into it properly from the beginning.. I rushed into it for no reason.. sigh.. the money I wasted is no joke. Maybe because my nose was originally somewhat low and small.. they say there’s no more skin left to stretch, so it can’t be made longer... or lowered more. From the front, it’s still more upturned than other people’s.. I’m embarrassed, so I can’t upload a front view Ah.. right.. if I include alar reduction too.. that makes four times I’ve had anesthesia and work done - -;; I wanted a perfectly straight nose.. (with a bridge a little higher than now and a nasal tip a bit lower..) That kind of nose.. but they said if the glabella is too high it would look fierce, so they suggested doing only this much.. The height is the same as the second time. But if you look closely, doesn’t the area connecting to the glabella look a little awkward? Sometimes it looks connected.. and other times it looks like it isn’t.. I feel like the starting point could be a little higher.. I’m upset.. So I’m also thinking about getting just that area filled very slightly with filler. I don’t know whether filler after surgery is okay, though.. I don’t think it turned out extremely well.. but after three surgeries, I’m just relieved that it settled down well without inflammation.. I don’t have photos from before, so I can’t compare Please tell me how the glabella looks to you..
