As of today, it has been exactly one month since my revision rhinoplasty. I used temporalis fascia, nasal septum, and ear cartilage. I had a hump nose, so they shaved the bone, performed osteotomy, and slightly raised the nasal tip. But the glabella area feels hard yet squishy, and the nasal bridge is way, way, way too high. The nasal tip is also too blunt, and they said it would be absorbed because it is autologous dermis. If it gets absorbed, will the nasal bridge also get lower?? After osteotomy, if fascia is done with autologous dermis, about how long does it last? And is septal cartilage used to raise the nasal bridge? If the septal cartilage is removed from here, will the nasal bridge get much lower? I really wish my nasal bridge would get a bit lower
