The thread is showing through in my eye

I was told it was partial buried sutures, but they made a partial incision in the middle and used buried sutures on both ends, and they say it is non-absorbable thread... Are there cases where buried sutures are done with non-absorbable thread? And as the swelling on one side has been going down, when I look downward and when I close my eyes, I saw a bulge, so I pulled the skin and looked, and two black areas were bulging out,, It shows even when I take photos, and when I look downward, the line behind the partial-incision area is missing. From the partial-incision area, the line suddenly cuts off, and a line forms under the bulging part,, I went today and asked, but they told me not to worry about it, so I just came back,,, If I remove the buried sutures, can it be undone? Do I need a full incision? Please help
