I had a partial-incision buried-suture double-eyelid procedure. On one eye, something bulging has appeared above the incision line. When I lower my eyes, the incision line is visible, and that bulging thing above it also appeared and covers the line,, it is itchy too It's day 13, and the skin has all healed. It seems to have suddenly appeared around day 8 as the swelling went down Why is this happening
