It’s been just under 2 months since my nose surgery, The tip of my nose is too high right now.. But the columella area is a little sunken, so it seems even more noticeable and even higher.. Will the columella come down more with time?? It has come down a bit since right after surgery.. And the doctor said that after about a year, the cartilage wears down and drops by about 2 mm by default. Is that true? Does the nose get lower as time goes by? And will the columella come down more too?
