I only realized now that the director’s aesthetic sense has to match the style I want; You think that because they’re a plastic surgery director, they’ll do it the way you want, but no one thinks they’ll make it in the style they personally like I keep thinking it would’ve been nice if I’d known about this community before my first surgery What I wanted was just a nose that suited me Something natural damn For my revision surgery, I’m looking at places that do natural results I’m going around for consultations, and still, directors who do a lot of revision surgeries do explain things in more detail.. For everyone looking into revision rhinoplasty, I do think it’s right to look for a director who’s well-known for revision noses From what I’ve seen, if there are places people go to a lot for a first nose, there also seem to be separate directors people go to a lot for both first noses + revision surgeries I’m just doing online research and in-person consultations this time, but that’s what I’ve felt so far I’m honestly not even a greedy person, and since my current nose looks so obviously done and stresses me out, I think I’ve settled on getting revision surgery in a natural direction...
