I’m thinking about removing the nasal silicone, but it seems most people remove everything ㅠㅠ Because of the shape, I want to leave the nasal tip as it is. If cartilage is left in the nasal tip, is there a risk of inflammation? Has anyone had only the silicone removed? The silicone is 4 mm, and I’m also curious whether I’ll feel a big sense of loss if I take it out.
