The top is when smiling.. the bottom is when not smiling. My nose has become one where I can't help but think about revision surgery.. Seriously... it makes me sick... The very bottom photo is before surgery.. I had Gore-Tex + a Medpor strut, and because of the Medpor, the columella has completely shriveled. It's completely ruined.. Ah seriously I really don't want to have revision surgery.... I wanted to just live with it if it was at all bearable, but it's painful. At the very bottom is my old nose, which wasn't pretty but was just cute.. I seriously want to go back so badly I'm going crazy.. Even if the columella doesn't come back, will new tissue fill in the depressed area on the nasal dorsum..
