It's a problem even if I get surgery, and a problem even if I don't... I want to die...

I'm writing because I have nowhere to vent... I had a bulbous nose.. My nose was such a complex for me... I heard so many times that I would be really pretty if I just did my nose I got so annoyed... I was sick of hearing that.... In the end, I got surgery. But even though I got surgery, it's definitely better than my old nose... The bridge is too obvious... I had a round, round nasal tip And I did it because I hated that... I didn't want to do the bridge. Right now I have ear cartilage in the nasal tip and silicone in the bridge. I really like the nasal tip. The problem is that the silicone is a bit noticeable. People are so fickle... getting a nose job and then wishing it wouldn't show I know I'm ridiculous too... But... it's not like people are born wanting to be born with that face............ It wasn't greed... My nose just didn't suit my face at all.. That's why I did it... I hated it without surgery too... But after doing it, I hate hearing People ask if I got my nose done, and it annoys me... Maybe I'll just die... I don't want to live.... Still, I lived without hearing that I was ugly anywhere Is this greed.... So I want to remove only the bridge.. Without touching the nasal tip. Would it look funny if I leave only the ear cartilage and remove just the bridge... If I touch the nasal tip, I feel like it'll become a total bulbous nose again...............
