Day 4 after surgery.. I regret it..

I'm a man in my mid-to-late 20s. I think I took the surgery too lightly. My girlfriend kept -_- persuading me to get it, and I fell for it and had it done 4 days ago. I had the bridge of my nose, nostril reduction, and ear cartilage done. My nose is extremely blunt and the tip doesn't look like it had surgery at all. I keep feeling like it will still look blunt even after the swelling goes down. The nasal bridge doesn't look very different either;; I just ended up shaving down the dorsum of my nose for nothing. Will the nasal tip become a bit sharper once the swelling goes down? And when will the swelling between my eyebrows go down? On the first day after surgery, I regretted it so much. The fact that I can never go back to how I looked before... I also really love soccer and play every weekend, so I'm worried whether I'll even be able to play properly because of my nose. It was a nose I didn't even need to do anything to, so I really wonder what I was thinking.. I regret it. Anyway, my nasal tip is extremely blunt, and I'm wondering whether it can become sharper, when the swelling between my eyebrows will go down, and after how many days the stitches are removed. Please help me
