두둠칫요정 I think a lot of revision surgeries are for changing the crease line too. If you're looking at semi-out, ㄴㄴ and ㅇㅂㄷ seemed to set the line nicely, so I think it would be fine to get consultations and then decide

heyhet I had revision eye surgery at Ollo to a semi-out line, and I heard that raising the line usually has to be done with an incision so it can be corrected cleanly without creating multiple creases! Also, each person has a line that suits them best, so get a consultation and then decide~
