Eye Re-Surgery

Setting the eye line higher in anticipation of swelling going down

For the nose, people often overcorrect a lot in anticipation of it becoming lower, right? Can I also set the eye line a little higher, taking into account that it may become lower? I like dramatic-looking eyes, so I’m worried that after surgery, once the swelling goes down more than expected, the line might look low. Among my friends too, the ones who looked like they had sausage-like eyelids at first ended up looking really pretty once the swelling went down. When I had surgery before, the swelling went down and in the end the line became extremely low too. I already have my surgery booked, and I’m thinking about it because I want to set the line carefully on the day of surgery.
