It’s been 3 weeks since removal,,

I’ve been massaging hard and also getting massage therapy, so I don’t really know that feeling of becoming so hard, but it’s hard to massage the columella area, so when I do, the columella area pulls a lot. I hope that means it has contracted upward and is staying raised;; please;; I just want the columella to come down a bit,, I’m really worried it won’t come down (I’m really,, getting depressed) I’m hoping that once this hard feeling loosens, it’ll come down,, please In the morning my nose feels a bit puffy and it gradually gets smaller as the day goes on I also had depression and adhesion with indentation, so I can’t feel as reassured or relaxed as other people If the indentation only fills in a little and just the columella comes down, I’m not planning to get revision surgery,, Even when I first removed the tape, it was lifted about this much, so I’m only worried it might not come down any further. When I look at my nose now, I feel like if someone saw it for the first time they might think, “That nose is kind of unusual. A bit weird.” Even if it doesn’t fully go back,, when will it at least start looking human again? Sigh I’m jealous of people who got their old nose back
