Hello. It has been 3 months since I had rhinoplasty using donated costal cartilage. At the 1-month mark, there was some swelling, but now that it has definitely been 3 months, almost all the swelling has gone down and I have recovered enough that there are really no problems with daily life anymore. I also really like the shape of my nose. At first, I had surgery at an ENT clinic using only the septal cartilage, but I was dissatisfied with the shape, so I went to Director Kim Jae-yoon at Lowell Plastic Surgery, who is said to have a lot of experience with revision surgery.
