It had been 5 years since I had mine done, but my nose was slightly crooked (I had only done the bridge) so I went for revision surgery, and the doctor said techniques are much better these days than before. Since I was doing it anyway, he told me to do the nasal tip with ear cartilage, and I somehow really wanted to try lateral canthoplasty too, so I had everything done together today.. Since it was local anesthesia, it was pretty rough. But I think it turned out nicely.. Even before, people said my nose was pretty, so I hope the swelling goes down to look like it did before. Since cartilage was put in the nasal tip, it isn't hard like last time and feels very soft. It just feels like my own nose. And the curve looks much more natural too.... I had it done by the same doctor as before, but oh my... While having surgery under local anesthesia, it was so hard that even though I knew how hard it was, I thought I must be seriously crazy to be doing this surgery again..;; hehe After a month passes, I'll probably think it was worth going through all this. When do I remove this gauze? It was 5 years ago, so I don't remember at all..;;
