It has been 27 days, just under one month, since I had surgery with silicone + ear cartilage. I kept being bothered because there was an 11-shaped mark around the area between the brows, and they said it looked like blood had pooled there, so we should watch it for a bit. Today was the day I went to have that checked, and they say it is inflammation.ㅠ Even though I have no symptoms of inflammation at all.. There is no pain, no severe swelling, no redness or bruising, and no pus or.. anything coming out. Today the doctor pressed really hard all over, but it didn’t hurt much either. I had finally gotten used to it and it felt like my own nose..ㅜㅜㅜ The doctor said that if it were according to the design he made, there is no way this height and this shape could come out, and that in cases like this, it is usually inflammation, and that although it is not severe inflammation, inflammation has developed under the silicone, so it looks higher and the area between the brows looks unnatural. Then he said we should remove the silicone ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ If you look at the photos, it may not look very high, but I really wanted a natural look!! and that is why I searched for and went to a place that does that, so by my standards it shows a lot. I kept comforting myself, saying surgery is only once... after 3 months.. after 6 months it will become natural... But inflammation with no symptoms.... I don’t know what to do. The doctor said it is almost certainly inflammation, but I don’t even know whether it really is inflammation. First, it could just be that pooled blood is going away slowly, so we decided to watch it for 1 week... Would it be better to wait and watch... or should I remove it even one day sooner? They said they would leave the nasal tip cartilage repositioning + ear cartilage as they are and remove only the silicone... In that case, I’m really curious how it will change. Will my nose become more upturned? (It is already upturned now ㅜㅜㅜㅜ This is what I’m most worried about.) If I remove it, will scar tissue form 100%? Will contracture also happen 100%? I’m scared...ㅠㅠ Is there anyone who removed only the nasal bridge.. silicone while maintaining the nasal tip after just one month... Please share information ㅠ
