Nose, paranasal implants, chin implant, chin pinching, Dysport, fat grafting - day 28

Hello, I’ve always just been lurking, but finally I’m posting something. It’s already day 28 since I had surgery with implants in my nose, paranasal area, and chin, had my chin pinched, and had Dysport and fat grafting..... Compared with the beginning, time seems to be passing a little faster now... This was my third nose surgery... I had my first surgery at a certain hospital in Apgujeong, and because the cartilage and silicone showed through at my nasal tip and bridge, I had it done again. But the silicone and cartilage showed through again, so I ended up having revision surgery.. Since it was revision surgery, choosing a hospital was not exactly easy, but among the hospitals where my friends had surgery, the friends who had surgery at a certain hospital near Gangnam Station became much prettier, and it seemed the best... So I had a consultation and ended up getting surgery there.. This time, I think it was good that I completely changed hospitals.. Until I had this surgery, every time people kept asking why my nasal tip looked like this, my irritation level shot way up, but now my mind is finally at ease. This time, my nose was done with rib cartilage... I also had alar reduction and nasal bridge osteotomy. I really like the shape.. People are making a fuss saying I’ve been reborn... My face also got a lot smaller lol. The surgery was done through an incision under my breast, but I don’t think the scar will be very noticeable... It’s not even 1.5 cm. They said if I apply scar ointment it will get even smaller, so I feel good about that too. I really like my jawline too... It became much slimmer.. I had fat put into my nasolabial folds and forehead, and when viewed from the side, I like the line from my forehead to my nose and chin. It’s been about 10 days since I got Dysport. Because it was revision surgery, I was really depressed after surgery until the nasal cast came off, but now I’m much more cheerful, and I feel confident, so it’s nice. Honestly, even though I had already had surgery twice before getting to this result, I hated that director who had messed it up, but now I’m going to think of it as having been bitten by a rabid dog and free myself from the hatred. I really think choosing the hospital is important... You can’t undo what has already passed, but for those who are suffering because your surgery was botched, please stay strong.
