For those hesitating about getting surgery... Please do it soon. Around 4 mm looks natural (if you have almost no nasal bridge at all), and if you want a little more, go with 5 mm. As my swelling went down, I started feeling a bit greedy too. Now that the swelling has gone down, it looks much more natural, right?
