I... For my first nose surgery, nasal bridge = Gore-Tex nasal tip = septal cartilage that’s what I had done... Of course, I thought I would succeed with my first surgery.. Now... whether in terms of nasal function or aesthetics, everything is a total mess...... For the details, I’ll write after going to the plastic surgery clinic where I had my previous nose surgery and reaching an agreement.. There’s something I’m curious about, but there isn’t much information.. I’m trying to have revision surgery and also treat the functional side of my nose (breathing), and right now my nasal tip is lifted upward slightly like a contracted nose. I’ve already used septal cartilage, so they mentioned donated costal cartilage (at another place). Would it be okay to use costal cartilage for both the nasal bridge and nasal tip? Of course, I know the bad points people mention, like warping and stiffness. But it’s very common for people to upload review photos and then take them down quickly... so I can’t check with my own eyes, and there also isn’t much that mentions the warping phenomenon or the degree of stiffness in detail.. If anyone knows, please comment with whatever you know.. I’m so upset.. I really feel like I may even need psychiatric treatment.........
