Nose Surgery Review - Week 3

When you look at people like Yoo In-na or Han Ye-seul, their nasal tips are so pretty. That kind of nose was my ideal..... I had a low nasal bridge, a blunt nasal tip, and a crooked nose. I wanted to correct it... Even if the crooked nose was okay, the biggest reason I wanted to do it was that I wanted my nasal tip to become pretty. I really wanted fat grafting on my face, but I heard there are many cases where the fat is lost, so I decided to do my nose first~ and started going around for consultations After going to consultations, I had no idea which advice was right~ How did everyone make a decision... Choosing a clinic seems harder than saving money, seriously;; I received consultations at three places, and at the third clinic I visited (all three were in Apgujeong, and the clinic interiors and atmosphere were good. Some of them charged a consultation fee too;;) They said nose surgery alone would take about 2 and a half hours, and it could take longer or not. When I asked why it takes so long, they said they start by working on the basic structures of the person’s original nose for a more satisfying result. For example, they said they might slightly shave a hump nose first~ things like that, and after preparing it that way, they shape it with silicone and ear cartilage, so it takes some time. That made me think the clinic’s basic approach was decent. The most important part is the nose shape! After nose surgery, the nasal tip can become upturned (I mean, the nostrils become visible), and they said I didn’t need to worry about this or about the nasal scar area because it is an open approach. I know someone through a distant connection whose nose became upturned after nose surgery and their impression changed to look unsophisticated. It felt very professional, so I felt relieved~ And the cost was also currently being offered cheaper than the original price, so I hurriedly decided! It has now been 3 weeks since surgery. They said I still shouldn’t sleep on my side. I can only fall asleep lying on my side, so my mom is having a hard time. She stays next to me and watches in case I turn over while sleeping;; Only now do I finally understand what the nose surgery questions and review posts were talking about. There were even times when I couldn’t wash my face and had to wipe with wet tissues lol My hope after surgery is that, please, no other problems occur. At 3 weeks now, I think my nose shape and nasal bridge height are okay, but I need to watch it a little longer, right? The swelling has gone down a lot, and I really like the shape of my nose.. But I become sensitive, like I’m carrying a bomb The clinic says that after nose surgery, once it stabilizes to some extent, I can blow my nose and daily life won’t be uncomfortable, but I’m anxious.
