It has just been one month now.. The top is before surgery / the bottom is after surgery I have a high-bridged bulbous nose, so I had the cartilage tied to reduce the volume of the nostril wings.. but I’m disappointed because it doesn’t seem to have had much effect.. Maybe I need to have the cartilage tied again a bit more tightly. If they reduce the drooping nasal wings a little and lift them slightly upward, would it look a bit better? Since my columella is recessed, I may need to have it brought downward with cartilage.. I also uploaded side-view photos and photos taken from below so the nostrils show, so please make sure to look and evaluate~~ㅍㅍ
