Day 4 After Surgery (Photos Removed)

I have been taking one photo a day, but I don’t know if things are going well right now. I originally had a broad, spread-out nose. I did have a nasal bridge, but because of the bones around my nose, the bridge looked low. It was kind of like a bulbous nose...... After surgery I felt like I was going crazy, so I smoked one cigarette, and today is the 4th day including the day of surgery. I also had double eyelid surgery (ptosis correction), and for my nose, I had an incision, silicone implant, ear cartilage, and an open approach. I can’t wash my hair, so I feel like I’m dying, and the swelling around my face is slowly going down well, but my nose is very swollen. I went to the hospital today and they said the swelling was severe, and the nurse told me to see the director. I’m worried whether something is going wrong. Because my nose is swollen, breathing is a little affected, but nothing hurts. I don’t know if my current nose shape is pretty, and since I’m a total beginner, honestly I don’t know anything. On top of that, as a man with no one to ask about this kind of thing, it’s a bit hard. These days I disinfect my nose every hour and take cold medicine morning and evening, and I started drinking pumpkin juice yesterday. I’m doing a lot of cold compresses with ice packs. Also, my ear hurts quite a lot, but there’s no disinfection for that, and it’s just wrapped in a bandage.. Anything is fine. I want to hear anything from people who have gone through what I’m going through now. I’m just scared every single day In case something goes wrong... sob sob, anything is fine,, Please give me some advice, seniors~
