Hello I had surgery in 2006 I had my nasal tip done with silicone and ear cartilage It wasn't that pretty a shape from the beginning, but it was higher than before, so I lived satisfied with it But these days when I take photos, I get so depressed My nose is too crooked (to the left in the photo) the 11-shaped outline of the silicone shows, and the nasal tip has drooped so much. If this isn't a hooked nose, I don't know what is Under lights, it shows through.... Ah, what should I do? How does it look to you all? Am I being sensitive? Is it bearable enough to just live with? Should I get revision surgery? Please give me some advice and evaluation If you search my name, there are photos taken 1 year after surgery. Even just comparing with then, it's so different now The nasal tip has dropped severely, and it seemed slightly crooked from the beginning, but now the condition looks much more serious Please compare it with the before photos
