Today marks exactly one week since my nose surgery.. I’m sorry I didn’t post a review right away, lol Maybe because I had general anesthesia during surgery, from after the surgery, it felt like my bowel function wasn’t really coming back properly~ I couldn’t have a bowel movement and only had gas building up, so starting the day before I went out, I deliberately strained and passed tiny bits of stool little by littleㅜㅜ Compared to how much I ate, the result was maybe about one-fifth... (Sorry for being gross...ㅠㅠㅠㅠ lol) On Saturday I had dressing, and on Monday was my first outing. With the splint still on, I met friends, drinking cafe mocha with whipped cream at a coffee shop and smoking a little, and for my meal I ate raw fish, which I had wanted to eat for a while~ That day I ate less than I usually would, so when I got home at night, I watched TV and ate the leftover pumpkin porridge and pumpkin juice, then lay down~ Suddenly, the gas that always built up became overwhelmingly severe, and my abdomen became very bloated. Gas filled from my intestines up to my stomach, to the point that it became hard to breathe~ I was scared, but as I was trying to sleep, suddenly I felt indigested, broke out in a cold sweat, and my stomach became extremely uncomfortable, so that day I ended up calling 119 and was taken to the emergency room.. After treatment, they couldn’t find the cause, and in the end I only paid a ton for tests, couldn’t sleep at dawn, and came back home like that.. I came home at the time I should have been waking up, and since my stomach was completely upset, I naturally thought I shouldn’t take antibiotics (especially on an empty stomach), so I didn’t take themㅡㅜ As soon as I woke up, I opened the medicine like a habit to take it, but then remembered my upset stomach... so I just put it away and went to the clinic, and what do you know... they said it was inflammation.... I’m leaving the situation like this because I’m not sure, but was there any action among these that could have caused the inflammation?? The director asked when I last took my medication, and when I roughly explained what happened, he scolded me soooo much... He said it was only an excuseㅜㅜ If I had just taken the medicine properly, there would have been no reason for inflammation, and he said I had effectively skipped it about twice, and asked what I was going to do.... This is already a revision surgery for me, and I have no strength left to feel any more despair, and I couldn’t handle it.. so I just stood there stunned.. Inflammation.. of course I know it’s serious, but what can I do... rather than clinging to it, I have to think about what comes next... The director saw my stunned expression and said I looked like I wasn’t surprised at all or didn’t understand the seriousness, and got very worked up...; I was only trying hard to accept it because I didn’t want to be hurt... Then I was getting an antibiotic injection in the inpatient room, and the director.. came in and said if my nose collapsed or got a hole because of this inflammation, it wasn’t something he did. Since he was pushing me so hard, I also got upset and said, No, it’s true that I made a mistake because I didn’t know, but you should have told me beforehand that it was such an important medicine and that even if I didn’t eat, I had to take it on time, and that if I didn’t take it, it would be a big problem~ That’s how I said it.. Then he said to do whatever I wanted and left.. No, it’s true that I was ignorant.. I thought of it like other cold medicine, something you take preventively... that kind of concept...ㅜㅜ They had only told me to take it morning and evening, like when you get other medicine prescribed, so the criticism coming back at me felt too harsh..;ㅜㅜ I was dumbfounded, and seeing the director’s unexpected side, I could only cryㅜㅜ They charged me for the injection they gave me that day... For those who got injections because of inflammation, do you normally pay an extra fee? ㅜㅜ After that severe blow-up that day, now whether I eat or not, I take the medicine diligently and go out every day to get injections, but they don’t inject directly into the nose area, squeeze it, or anything like that~ But until yesterday, he said the inflammation had reduced by about half, and because it seemed like I didn’t understand the seriousness of inflammation and care, he had charged me separately for the injection, but from now on he said he wouldn’t charge me~ Whew... money is money, but I’m really extremely worried~ My skin is sensitive, so I’ve been anxious about silicone inflammation too, but before silicone inflammation even happened, I developed inflammation at the nasal tip.. Originally today was the day to remove the stitches, but they said they’ll remove them on Saturday, when it should be treated to some extent~ Is there anyone like me?ㅜㅜ Please help me... The doctor just looks once each time and says it’s getting better, but as time goes on, the nasal tip area is getting soooo, so severely itchy~ When I asked, he said it’s the tingling/itching that happens when a wound heals, but it feels like it’s itchy because of the inflammation, and at first I couldn’t see it with my eyes, but now there is some degree of inflammation filled at the nasal tip, and I can also see a slightly red area ㅜㅜ He mentioned the worst-case scenario, where the inflammation gets worse and the nose collapses.. but I want to believe that won’t happen to me... I’m really frustrated, to the point that I want to poke it with a needle and squeeze it out. It feels itchy inside and I’m anxiousㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜ
