The swelling seems to be all gone.. haha I think I need to reduce my nostrils.^^ Sometime within this year.. haha For those who are going to have nasal tip surgery, if your nasal alae spread a bit when you smile... I think it would be good to do alar reduction together too^^! Mine spread a bit, and since the doctor didn't say anything, I just went ahead with it... but I think reducing them is much better. When I pinch them smaller with my hand haha
