Everyone who had an open approach~~ After an open approach, how did you take care of the area under the nose? I was told to change this... 3M skin-colored tape every 2 days.. But I feel like covering a wound with something isn’t good, so I’m just applying Terramycin and leaving it open at home, you know? What did you all do???
