I originally had a severe drooping, arrow-shaped nose, so I had alar reduction + autologous costal cartilage used for the nasal tip.. I don’t know if it’s because of the alar reduction, but I feel like my image has changed way too much, and the nasal tip is overcorrected, so I look like a monkey It’s been about 3 weeks since surgery, but for people who had surgery with autologous costal cartilage too, does the nasal tip really come down? Seriously, whenever I look in the mirror it’s like, who are you?…….. It looks weird even with makeup on.. Other people say they barely smile because they’re worried it’ll droop, but I just want it to come down quickly.. I’m seriously regretting having surgery..
