Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

My skin has thinned from silicone, there’s redness, and it shows through. Is removal the right choice?

Is it just going to keep getting thinner and eventually break through more seriously? Is early removal the right choice? It had never happened before, but after a year and a half, for the first time, I felt a pressing headache and sharp tingling for 4-5 days. After that, the pain went away, and nothing felt lifted, so I felt relieved. But as the skin thinned, the implant outline started showing through. I thought it was sebum inflammation, but a red mark also appeared on the nasal bridge. I’ve been watching it for a few days, and it hasn’t gotten darker. Right now I’m posting because of the implant showing through and the red dot-like mark on the nasal bridge. If it’s chronic inflammation, will contracture definitely happen? Would it be right to remove it in advance? Honestly, I don’t want to open my nose three times ㅜ Please give me advice.
