If I get revision rhinoplasty, I had silicone in the nasal bridge and ear cartilage plus septal cartilage used for the nasal tip in my previous surgery. During revision surgery, can I leave the nasal bridge as is and operate only on the nasal tip with donated costal cartilage?? Even for my first surgery, I’m looking at clinics with lots of primary and revision surgery reviews, and I’ve seen people like that in plastic surgery reviews for ㅇㅌ(ㅔㅗ), ㅂㅇㅁ(ㅏㅣㅣ), ㅇ(ㅏㄴ). You know people who already have some nasal bridge but whose nasal tip is very low? People like that seemed to get it done a lot. If you don’t have much bridge, it’s better to do it together.
